# DIDWW Pricing

DIDWW sells virtual phone numbers (DIDs), voice Capacity, SIP trunking (outbound termination) and two-way SMS on pay-as-you-grow terms. Prices depend on the country, number type and volume. Current per-country prices are in the DIDWW price lists (see [Get current prices](#get-current-prices)).

## Pricing principles

-   **No long-term contracts.** Pricing runs month to month. DIDs, Capacity and other services can be canceled at any time.
-   **Free account.** Creating an account is free.
-   **Minimum balance.** A $30 minimum account balance is required to activate the account before ordering numbers or voice services. It covers the first charges and can be used for any DIDWW voice or local calling service.
-   **Volume discounts.** Optional Tier Programs lower rates in exchange for a Minimum Monthly Commitment (see [Tier Programs](#tier-programs)). Custom pricing is available for high-volume traffic.
-   **Free number porting.** Number portability is offered at no cost.

## Phone numbers (DIDs)

Available number types: Local, National, Mobile, Toll-free, Shared-cost and Universal International Freephone (UIFN), in 90+ countries. See [Coverage](https://www.didww.com/coverage-and-prices/coverage) for availability.

| NRC (Non-Recurring Cost)     | One-time activation fee when a number is purchased, equal to one month's MRC. Waived when numbers are purchased through the DIDWW API. |
| MRC (Monthly Recurring Cost) | Monthly charge for keeping the number active. Numbers are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled.                                |

### DID+0 and DID+2

Toll-free and Shared-cost numbers support unlimited inbound concurrent calls.

### Tier Programs

Tier 1 to Tier 5 lower the MRC per number based on a Minimum Monthly Commitment (MMC) you choose. Unused MMC funds carry over from month to month while you stay subscribed.

## Voice Capacity (inbound channels)

Flat-rate channels can be dedicated (one DID) or shared across a Capacity group. Channels are used in this fixed order: included, dedicated, shared, metered. Details: [Capacity](https://www.didww.com/services/capacity).

## SIP trunking (outbound termination)

-   Local and International Outbound Termination are billed **per minute** as calls are made.
-   No setup fee, no minimum monthly commitment and no limit on concurrent calls. You can set your own concurrency limit in the User Panel.
-   Outbound SIP trunks include free unlimited concurrent channels.
-   Local Outbound Termination is priced per destination country and requires at least one applicable DID number in the account. International Outbound Termination is priced separately per destination.
-   The service is enabled by the DIDWW sales team before first use.
