What are the differences between Dedicated, Shared and Metered channels/capacity?

DIDWW offers 3 channel/capacity options to choose from:

  • Dedicated channels for customers with a predefined number of inbound calls per DID.
  • Shared channels for customers who wish to maximize efficiency and share their call capacity amongst multiple DIDs.
  • Metered channels are a useful and cost-effective solution for customers with unpredictable volumes of simultaneous inbound calls, for example, conferencing, call center or calling card operators.
