Can I Change the Forwarding Destination for a DID?

The forwarding destination for a DID may be changed by the customer at any time online using the “DIDWW Telecom Center”. There are no additional charges involved. However, if a number previously forwarded to a non-PSTN device (such as VoIP, VoIM, etc) is now forwarded to PSTN (a regular telephone number or mobile), then per-minute charges become applicable.
