When I try to Call my DID I Hear:

Problem: When I try to call my DID I hear "this number does not exist" and under Calls in the main menu I can see that the calls status is FAILED.

Answer: The record "this number does not exist" usually comes from local carrier. It means that the call will not be terminated to DIDWW server, as a result will not be routed to the user’s system. Please check with your carrier and open a support ticket if you are still experiencing issues.
