What Is The Process For Purchasing DIDs In Countries Which Require End User's Registration?

Some local carriers require end user's information for registration before purchasing a DID.

While purchasing the number you will be asked to fill contact information in a form. After completing the purchase your information will be transferred to the local carrier and will reviewed by it. Please note that your DID might not be activated until the local carrier approves the details.*

You will be notified on each step of the registration process and you will be able to see your DIDs status at any time in My DIDs menu option. Your DIDs will be in pending status until the approval of the local carrier.

The following countries require registration :

 

• Belgium:

* Current address in Belgium (must be from the same area in Belgium as the DID ordered);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

• China - Beijing:

* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);

* 2 proof of address forms (2 copies of utility bills no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

 

• China - Shenzen:

* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

 

• Costa Rica:

* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

 

• France - Geographic:

* Current address in France (must be from the same area in France as the DID ordered);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

 

• France - National:

* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* French passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

• Germany:

* Current address in Germany (must be from the same city in Germany as the DID ordered);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

• Greece:

* Current Address in Greece (street, number, postal code and city);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Passport or ID copy;

* Name, business name and contact phone numbers.

 

• Hong Kong:

* Current Address (street, number, postal code and city);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);

* Proof of address (a copy of utility bill no older than of 6 months);
