What is Ring Group?

Ring Group is a group of 2 or 3 mappings.

When DID numbers are mapped to a Ring Group, all destinations configured under this group will ring simultaneously.

Once the destination is answered and the call connected, all other destinations will stop ringing.

This group is useful for redundancy or backup.

Please note that call forwarding to Pay As You Go is currently not supported by Hunt/Ring Groups.
