Problem when the Call Originated with the G729 CODEC

Problem: When the caller calls with the G729 codec, the callee always answers in G711, even when the G729a is the preferred codec.

Answer: DIDWW proffered CODEC are always with no compression. In order to negotiate in G729, please disallow all other CODEC types.
