I Enabled Auto-Renew after My DID Expired But It Was Not Renewed (How To Renew DID Manually?)

The Auto-Renew option should be enabled before the DID number expires, if your DID already expired you should renew it manually.

In case you wish your DID number to be renewed automatically next time, please go to How to Renew the DID Automatically? for instructions how to enable auto-renew for DID number .

Please proceed as follows to renew your DID number manually:

1.    Enter your account in http://www.didww.com and go to the My DIDs page (Figure 1).

Select the DID numbers that you with to renew by clicking on their checkbox, choose the period that you wish to renew in the dropdown list of Renew selected DID(s) for (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months) and press the Renew button (Figure 2).
