If your DID number is not working please check the following potential problems, if after reviewing this document you are still having problems with your DID number please open a support ticket.

Issue 1: Mapping the DID Number
In order to receive calls to your DID number, you need to map it to existing phone service which can be any type of service as PSTN line, VoIP line or cell phone, depends on the area code you requested when buying the DID number.
Please check that your DID number is mapped currently:
1. Enter you account at http://www.didww.com/ and go to My DIDs (Figure 1).

2. Under the DID list please look for the DID that does not work (Figure 2). If under Mapping you see None please proceed to the next step (please note that if your DIDs are marked in red your account is not active yet, please wait for DIDWW sales department to contact you regarding your account activation), if you can see any mapping please check that the mapping is correct by clicking on the mapping type on the relevant DID. If the mapping configuration is correct please check the other potential problems on this document.

3. If your DID is not mapped please choose the required mapping from the list (Figure 3), if you cannot find the desired mapping you can create new mapping at the Mapping page (for help creating new mapping please have a look at How to Add New Mapping?).

Issue 2: Your Service Provider Line does not Work Correctly
Please try dialing to your original phone number which your service provider provided you and verify if you are having the same problems, if so, please contact your service provider to clear this issue.
