I Cannot Map my DIDs on My DIDs Page I Cannot Map my DIDs on My DIDs Page


Problem: When I try to map my DIDs, in Map selected DID(s) to the only choice I have is None and therefore I cannot map my DIDs.

 

Answer: Please note that after you registered at DIDWW site and entered your payment method our sale team will contact you in 48 hours to verify your paying method information. Only after your account is verified by our sales team your order will be completed and you can use the DIDs and make changes. You will receive an email when your order will be completed.

Please note that while your DIDs are marked in red on My DIDs list in your account, as shown in Figure 1, you cannot use them or make changes (waiting for verification).

When your DIDs are marked in black on My DIDs it means that your account is verified and you can use your DIDs and make changes, as shown in Figure 2.
