I’m having Calls Cut Off, What Can be the Problem?

If you are having calls cut off please check the following:

1.    Check your service provider line and verify if you are having the same problem, if so please contact your service provider.

2.    Map your DID to another service provider and verify if you are having the same problem, if not please contact your service provider.

If you are still facing problems please open a support ticket .
