This Step by Step guide will show you, how to change Credit Card on your account
DIDWW does not allow you to modify saved credit card details for security reasons. Also, in case you are a Reseller, you should contact us to assist you in deactivation of Reseller's status.
1. First of all, log into your account and proceed to the Credit Card section on your Dashboard (Figure 1).

2. Press the Remove button in order to delete your present Credit Card details (Figure 2).

3. Once the old Credit Card is removed, please fill in the gaps with the new information and press Add Credit Card (Figure 3).

4. If there is a pending order on your account, please cancel it first (Figure 4).

5. Proceed with your order cancellation as follows: enter the Billing section on your Dashboard and choose Pending Orders (Figure 5).

6. Next to the Invoice icon, there is an Order Cancellation button (Figure 6). When canceling an order, you will be asked to enter the reason of cancellation (Figure 7).

7. As soon as, the order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation message (Figure 8). Now, please proceed with steps 1, 2 and 3 for your credit card replacement.
