How To Map Existing DID Number?

1.    Enter your account at http://www.didww.com/ and go to My DIDs page (Figure 1).

2.    To map your DID number select the DID number checkbox (note that you may set more than one DID) and choose to which service type you would like to direct at the option Map selected DID(s) to Figure 2), the option menu will present the offers available (if you wish to add additional mapping please go to Mapping page, instructions for finding mapping options you can find in How to Add New Mapping?). Press the Update button to set the selected service.

3.    After pressing the Update button, the Mapping of the marked DIDs will be changed. Press the Mapping option (e.g. PSTN Services as shown in Figure 3).

4.    Verify that the PSTN number under PSTN Number is correct (Figure 4) and press Update. You can also change the Name of the PSTN line.

The Phone number should be in the following format: country code + city code + phone number (e.g. 442080997699).

5.    If you changed the mapping number or parameters please press the Update button. For PSTN numbers, if you would like to extend their use please press Renew (Figure 4).
