How To Disable Auto-Renew For DID?

Please note that you need to perform this procedure only once.

For disabling the DID auto-renew proceed as follows:

1.    Please login to your account at http://www.didww.com and go to My DIDs (Figure 1).

2.    Click on the [o] near the DID you want to disable the Auto-renew for in order to enter the Auto-renew Status Updated page (Figure 2).

3.    In the Autorenew Status Updated page click on Disable to disable the Auto-renew Service (Figure 3).

4.    Please verify that the Auto-renew Service was changed from Enabled to Disabled (Figure 4).
