DID Reservation

After reservation offer is received, following steps are needed to reserve your DID number:

1. Accepting the offer you accept the reservation of the DID number and a new order is created in the system:

2. Continue by clicking on the Add to Cart button:

3. Here you may choose the period of time for which you wish to reserve the number as well as the preferred payment option. Once finished, please proceed to checkout:

4. A new order has already been created in the system, now just press Purchase to complete the reservation:

5. We have received your order. Thank you for your cooperation!

6. You are now able to check the status of your reserved DIDs by viewing the list of numbers on your account and proceeding to the Reserved DIDs section:

7. To renew the number, please mark the selected DID with a tick on the left and select the period of time for which your DID number will be renewed. The system will then automatically create a new order:
