If you directed your DID to Skype, but your incoming calls do not work, please first check that your privacy settings on your Skype is set to Allow anyone to contact me.
Please see the following instructions for setting the privacy settings on your Skype:
1. Enter Skype with your account (Figure 1).

2. On your Skype please choose Tools>Options (Figure 2).

3. In the Options menu Select Privacy and verify that the option Allow anyone to contact me is selected, if not, please select this option and press the Save button (Figure 3).

4. Please check again your DID. If it still doesn’t work please send a Support ticket
