Call forwarding destination of DID may be changed by you any time via our web services. There are no additional charges involved for making these changes.
However, if a number previously forwarded to a non-PSTN device (such as VoIP etc) now should be forwarded to PSTN (landline/mobile phone number), then an additional flat monthly charge is applicable.
Also, in case you wish to change your PSTN number, please note that country should be supported by the same Zone. In case the country is included to different Zone, new PSTN plan should be ordered.
