Can I buy Additional Channels for my DIDs?

All DIDs are provided with two dedicated channels.

Additional channels may be purchased as required, depending on the country in which the DID number is purchased. To view the list of countries which support additional channels, please login to your account and choose section Channels.

There are two types of additional channels: Flexible and Dedicated. Flexible channels can be used with all DIDs in your account together as a shared capacity trunk, while dedicated channels can be used only with one particular DID.
