The Status of My DID is Pending

After your payment method was approved you may see that your DID status is pending. Please note that even if you see that the status of the DID that you purchases is pending it is still active and working, if your DID is marked in black (Figure 1). Please ignore the status "Pending", it is for DIDWW sales department use.

If your DID is marked in Red it means that your account was not approved yet by DIDWW sales department, the sales department will contact within the next 48 hours to activate your account (Figure 2).
